rest is important in initial days. take medicine as prescribed by doctor. you can sleep any ways in three months but start sleeping on your sides from second Trimester onwards.

hi... u can sleep straight or left or rt side&nbsp; but not on your stomach... pls take adequate rest... cant say y u have a stomach pain ...ter may b many reasons...don worry u r on progestrone which helps in sustaining your pregnancy...be happy...
