I made this cake on the last day of 2019 to bid sweet bye bye to the year and welcome new year 2020

Receipe to the cake:

Maida 1 3/4 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Cocoa powder 3 tbs

Mitha soda 1/2 tsp

1 cup curd beaten

1/4 cup refined oil

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup coke
Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients ( except coke ) in seperate bowls

Now slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones mixing away

In the end add coke and stir thoroughly

Now take a micro safe container n grease it with oil

Pour in the batter

Microwave for 7 mins

Stick in a knife - if it comes clean your cake is ready or else one more minute
You can add chopped walnuts and other dry fruits to the batter too.

Fence it with kitkat chocolates and garnish it with gems as it will look more colorful and kids love it.
