I need to reduce weight but my main problem is I can't go to gym. no one is there to takecare of baby. My husband is behind my weight gain he always keeps telling me to loose weight. please guys help me how to reduce weight

that's good you fed him exclusively till 6 months...now u have started weaning na..then also keep feeding him continuously

my breast milk reduced alot and my baby is not at all taking feed. Tried all methods to increase milk supply but nthg worked . thank fully I fed him only breast milk till 6 months.

first of all you keep calm please.... you have delivered a human. your body will go through some changes and weight gain is one of them. Stop feeling bad about it. as ur baby is 7 month old, assuming that he holds his neck, u can do some exercises with him<br> 1.You can go on a walk or for&nbsp; running with your baby in the stroller.<br> 2. Do yoga making him lying down beside you. <br> 3.If he is not leaving you then you can do pranayam taking him on your lap.<br> 4.You can do squats while holding him, like a dumbells.<br> 5. if you do it in front of your kid u don't even have to take the extra&nbsp; time out and plus she will also get used to it<br> 6. for loosing weight, balanced diet is more important than exercise. so even if you can't do it,it's ok. have a balanced diet.<br> 7. as u might have started weaning u can watch out or lessen the portion.<br> 8. last but not least... breastfeed!! don't worry...<u>tc</u>
