I often Feel weak and tired these days... Although I drink sufficient water in a day and my periods are also regular .. but still I am tired and stressed..
What can be the probable reason for such body behavior??

Hey . dont worry , you might be tired from the inside, try staying positive, focus on the good, take some time off for yourself, do what makes you happy in the day. all this might help you feel better

Hello, i would ask you to relax. Let focus on what kind of work you do through out the day. How positive you are with your feeling. This also plays an important role. Secondly exercise routine helps us to get back our stamina, if you are working out for yourself or planning to start exercising, choose one which is of your interest lie yoga or dance. It will help you to loosen up and you will feel fresh. Just that your hormones need a help by exercising and then you will all beaming will good amount of energy. You are doing a wonderful job, continue doing so.
