I researched about fore milk and hind milk..
Fore milk is the breast milk which is fed in the very beginning and is low in fat.. Babies, if fed only fore milk, won't gain weight..
Where as hind milk comes towards the end of a feed and is high in fat resulting in baby's weight gain..

So why did I research about it?
I did it as I was worried about my baby only taking milk for 5 to 10 mints (probably the fore milk only) most of the times even though her pee count went upto 20 times easily..;
But I also noticed that she demanded for milk frequently like in half an hour or so..
According to what I read online, my baby ends up taking hind milk most probably if she is being fed at short intervals from the same breast..;
So if you are worried that your baby is having only fore milk, feed her from the same breast in next few minutes to give her the hind milk also..
Do check your baby's weight in weekly basis to see if she is gaining weight..or you got to do more efforts to somehow feed her the hind milk..
I hope I am right..this is what I think after researching online..;
Apologies if I am wrong..but I feel that this totally makes sense!

Right kritika I also wanted to add that if the baby poops liquidy green poop then baby is taking more of fore milk or the feed is less. During those times feed her more.
