I started family planning on sunday .and am using microlut for family planning which contain one hormone only and they are suitable when breastfeeding i have been taking at 10pm but i forgot to take today at 10pm i hve

It is ok if you have taken the tablet but next time please take to the timing set an alarm and everyday circuit on calendar so that you do not miss a day also be cautious and use contraception measures for this month when you have started the tabs for the first time.
