I suffered depression before pregnancy and had medicine for that. Bt when iam pregnant doctor said to avoid the medicine..Bt now iam suffering from mood changing. what can I do??

Dear.. Mood swings are natural.. But try to focus on good things in your life.. Be positive.. Do what you like, so the tings which make you happy.. Enjoy family time.. Spending time with your husband.. Meeting friends.. Don't stay alone.. Loneliness sometimes affects our mood n we again flow into our own thoughts..
