I suffered from miscarriage and I have pcos also. Can I eat evrythng in moderation..or I have to take strct diet regarding to pcos.?

Things to avoid in pcos<br> Re heated food<br> Packed foods like chips biscuits <br> Preservatives added foods like knor soup, pasta, noodles, masala oats etc<br> Packed juices<br> Bakery items. Eat fresh home made food. Include lot of nuts n anjeer in your diet.
