I think i'm losing weight except breast n tummy. My face look weak nd sick. I don't feel hungry. I have two meals a day and nothing else because of constant nausea and sometimes vomiting. I feel dizzy sometimes. I sleep for more than 8 hours still i feel drained. I don't know what's happening and what to do.

It's normal..; Sleep as much as you can...Theres no harm in it but yes keep eating small meals every 2 hours. You can have a handful of dry fruits, a whole fruit, sprouts, eggs, soups... And beside these meals.; This situation will settle... Don't worry.

It is common during early pregnancy chinmin . . Keep yourself hydrated . .have lemon and water if you can't take normal water . . Eat something sweet (very little quantity though) . . Have fruits . . Follow your body's cues . . Whatever healthy it can take . . Eat a little; every two hours

It's common in frst trimestr. U will gain weight in thrd trimestr; mostly aftr thrd month all these nausea , vomtng will stop<br> But now u don't skip meals, have litle litle nd take lots of water, fruits, veggies <u>etc</u>

It is completely normal in pregnancy . I Lost 6 to 7 kgs in my first trimester bcoz of vomiting and now ive gained 1.5kg. You will feel better once u reach 4th month. The common mistake most of the expecting moms do is,.... After vomiting We fail to consume liquids nd lil solids. Take 5 to 6 small meals. Never fail to consume liquids. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Prefer nly home made foods and dont avoid fruits even if u vomit. Stay hydrated <br>

I was exactly like you in the beginning. . Trust me things will get better by 8 weeks. sleep but do eat now and then like fruits, cooked vegetables, soups, nuts. Drink juices it will help you to stay hydrated and little energetic. Loosing weight is not an issue you will loose till your 3rd Trimester. But eat healthy for the sake of your baby.
