I tried many tym for nap aftr lunch..which tym is bettr aftr luch for sleepng?baby sleep 3/3.30aftr wake up 4.30/5..if sleep too much in daytym he not sleep in nyt..wake up many many many tyns..m soo tired..i cant sleep..wot i do...anyone can say perfct tym tabl for sleepng??plss plsss

Try to cut down nap time.<br> Also sleep when baby sleeps.<br> Do not let baby sleep after 4pm.

Hi <br> There is no particular time mommy but cut down on nap in the evening by distracting to have a good night sleep, feed well before going to bed. <br> You can assist the sleeping process by differentiating day and night atmosphere like creating a calm, dark environment at night, while letting the sunshine in during the day. ; - During daytime feedings, talk a lot to your baby, while at night feedings, make the surroundings quiet with as little light as possible. ; - Remove any item from the sleeping area that could potentially suffocate or distract a baby, cause overheating, including blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, or quilts. ;
