It's just 2 months since you have delivered and you can't start any diet plan now. You need energy and your body should health, breast feeding the baby exclusively itself will make you loose weight. Can have well balanced home cooked food and avoid junks. After 6 months you can slowly start with walking then <u>exercises.</u>
