I want to know about baby pushing and breathing process during delivery.

Your doctor will be with you at this time and will be guiding you with the same. Even though you may see some videos and will also explain here please do not practice now as any kind of pushing may bring the baby lower. Pushing should be done only once the cervix is fully dilated and you are feeling a contraction. Lift yourself to a sit up position and you can support yourself with your thighs or the bars on the bed of available.hold position and bear down consistently during a contraction. Breathe evenly with more exhales.

I agree with preeti totally! But Megha,just stay positive because as easy as it sounds pushing,it might not go that well! I pushed for more than an hour,took pains for almost 20 hours,did squatting and what not to push the baby out,but it didnt work! Coz babys head was not engaged and after your water breaks,you need to deliver within 24 hours,i was losing on time and patience for when i was being taken for emergency c-sec..so whatever be the mode of delivery,just focus on baby!

Whenever u get contractions.. Deep breath.. During pain.. Instead of screamin.. Take deep breaths.. Ask one family membr to remind u to deep breath evrytime u get contractions pain.. For pushin.. Again same thing instead of wasting ur energy in screaming push wid all energy.. N dont worry there will doc to help u out... Jus stay positv... N drink lots of watr..let nature tske its <u>course</u>. Tk cr
