Have everything moderately. Be active. Be positive. Avoid binge eating and junk. Have food tht doesnt irritate your system. Avoid traditionally 'non allowed food' for peace of mind

Any fruits except pineapple,papaya. <br>
U can have banana ,apple, pomegranate,kiwi,anjeer, oranges,mausambi,etc

All fruits which are local are good. Some fruits like Kiwi and dragon fruit are available also which have good food value. Like kiwi is excellent with vit c. You must have all fruits.

Eat well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active, maintain a healthy life style, take meds on time, go for regular check ups, stay positive
