hi anon..it's ok you had it once , don't worry and take care always in rest of your pregnancy period , at first don't take stress, drink.lots of fluids ,have peer once in a day, and all other was glucose content fruits , completely avoid any form of sugar in liquid form , if you wan have tea make sure it's with zero sugar, take brown rice instead of plain.. and rest you must be having diet chart, importantly u need to take good carbs and balance the nutrition level and sugar intake ,for this constantly speak to your doctor, check your aminiotic fluid level ,m sure doctor must have informed you, if your taking insulin follow it as doctor said, monitor glucose level at home glucometer, also please once in a weak you can give blood samples In lab to check weather machine is showing glucose level properly or not some times we trust machine and sugar level have gone up and we are unaware of it, so it's always better to cross check , avoid going to places prone to infections as u have diabetes so chances of catching infection is more, complete avoid outside food.walking if doctor permitted please walk for 30 minutes. best wishes...just don't load your ad now... listen music , pray, read a religious chapter of God at home...it calms us down and give lots of peace.t c
