Hi<br> please read these articles.. hope it helps..<br> Take healthy home made food regularly and drink lots of water with other fluids as much as possible in pregnancy.. dont forget to take vitamins supplement suggested by your doctor.. do meditation, pranayam and read good books.. dont take stress..
