I couldn't go to my mom's house as my bhabhi is also expecting hence I don't want unnecessary trouble over Der..

M in. Sasural though my mom in law is good somtimes she annoys.. Stating yeh mat khaoo woh mat Khao..

My bedding was only spotting post delivery of 30th day from 32nd day I again gt heavy flow might be my menstrual cycle.

Followed by breast pain I went to doc. She said it's a mild infection she gave me medicines

I got acidity due to antibiotics and stomach pain hence I had to take acidity medicines the stomach pain went off.

Now I have got upper back which seems to be cool all the time n I feel very cold n have to take to sheets to cover it.

Now all the above must have happened because of me also might be because of. My mom or mom in law.. I used to. Switch on the ac n the temp used to be 27 may be because of ths my mom in law says Thandi ghussgaya... (as she sleeps in my room, she also wanted. Ac n can't blame me)

Hey anon, please take a deep breath and relax your mind. You will not believe but it's true that almost every other new mother goes through this stage. I was the one. It was the stage where I was blaming my little baby for whatever was happening to me. I wanted to run away leaving my baby behind. There was a time when I refused to feed him coz I was too tired to get up. Thanks for tagging @6372c1453f31520016a69ec3 . What worked for me? Speaking, talking, sharing whatever I had in my mind. Find someone whom you can trust, ur husband, mother, sister, friend anyone, and talk to them. I would suggest finding a good article on PPD and sharing it with them before getting into conversation, they need to know what's that. For me it was my hubby, who listened to all my crap. Now coming to pains, I suffered from severe lower back pain till 9-10 months post delivery, I couldn't even walk properly but once day it started diminishing and in a month all the pain was gone. I did nothing, but I lost all the pregnancy weight during those months. I used hot bag and lots of volini gel. Give your mind and body some time to heal. Make friends and start meeting them, don't stay at home if you don't like it. Cheer up.

Hai anon. I can understand your feelings. We all have gone through similar kind of pain and one or the other issues. Please don't worry or take stress, it will affect on breast milk. These are the normal phase, it will pass. Have patience and take care of your health. It's mainly due to harmonal changes and other things. Come on cheer up. You have successfully given birth to one life.. your own part or say your own reflection. A big hug for you... This phase will soon end. Just relax as much as possible and avoid arguments. Mil may be saying certain things for your own welfare. Talk to your friends..came here. Divert your mind. Let the stress not depress you.
