mother Horlicks ddnt suite me at all.. as I love milk I have Kesar milk or plain sometime.commercial powders are just taste enhancers.drink warm milk n have milk products daily. organic or raw milk only. not the pasteurised milk

However milk or milk products are essential for calcium. please drink milk or take curds butter milk lassi or paneer three times daily. can add mothers Horlicks proteinex or any other milk powder you like to change the taste.

mothers Horlicks is good I used to drink twice a day it's very helpful
