question
If all the scan done now confirms baby lies on the left side of the womb, and I am a left handed woman. Do you think it will be appropriate to sleep more on my right side than left? Cos in my head I can squish the baby sleeping on my left side .

Sleeping on the left is not related to what your dominant hand is. Also, your baby will not stay on one side of your womb all the time. Probably during a scan, but as long as there's enough space in your womb, the baby will keep moving inside and will grow to be restricted toward the end of your pregnancy, at which point, they'll stick to whatever is easy for them.
The baby has very low chances of getting squished inside your womb, as the amniotic fluid can protect the baby even if you sleep on your stomach, although this position will become uncomfortable/painful for you as the pregnancy progresses.
That said, sleeping on your left is usually preferred as the growing womb can put pressure on your larger organ such as the liver (which is on your right) and helps in controlling acid reflux/heart burn, as sleeping on left puts the stomach in a lower position relative to your oesophageal entry, than sleeping on your right would. Sleeping on the left also enables the best blood circulation for your body & the baby.
Sleeping on your right is not entirely harmful, if it is for shorter periods. It's just that sleeping on your left is the most ideal & low-risk during your pregnancy.
Sleeping on the back also should be avoided (after week 12, I think around when the placenta takes over) as the uterus might put pressure on your inferior vena cava, which is the main vein that sends blood from the lower part of your body & the placenta, to your heart.
