If I delivered a baby after completing 37 week and haven't taken betnesol injection will my baby be fully matured please help?

Hi 37 weeks is full term and no need for betnesol. If your gynecologist thinks you need it then she will give, Don't worry.

Depends upon case to case. Don't worry the lungs development takes place even after the birth.. what is the baby's weight ??
