Hi please dont think negatively now itself, every women is blessed with breast milk to feed their kids. If it's not there your gynecologist will guide you.

Breastmilk is best , if Breastmilk is less your pediatrician will prescribe you formula milk. It's substitute for Breastmilk. Please consult your pediatrician.
