Hi there is no problem in pregnancy, Mother will go through a ICT blood test after 7 months, Once the baby is delivered if the baby is positive blood group then mother will be given Anti d injection within 72 hours of delivery (this is for the next baby, if this injection is not given then next baby will have Jaundice, so in order avoid that injection is given at the time of first delivery). Let the gynecologist know, She will guide you.
