Have lots of fluids like juices buttermilk tender Coconut, n milk n eat dry fruits veggies milk products n fruits it helps a lot

Concentrate on eating daal,daliya,oats,paneer,curd,soya.Have lassi,beetroot juice,carrot orange juice, pomegranate juice.Have apple .have <u>jaggery</u>
