hey dont worry, its quite normal to see mild spotting during pregnancy. But k=make sure if the spotting turn to bleeding ot you sea an unusual discharge you consult your doctor immediately

Hey Mom to be, This is quite ok to have spotting. Light spotting is manageable but if its heavy bleeding then you need to see your gynecologist in person. I would suggest take enough rest and avoid forward bending. I hope this helps
