Do massage after 35 weeks incase if your nipples are inverted if not its not required. Simply apply coconut oil and keep the nipples soft and supple.

Do it only in the last month. It is advised if you have inverted nipples pull the nipples outside and from the base massage till the tips in circular motion.

As merline said dont do any massage now..
