Im 15 weeks pregnant; went through sonography yesterday. The report says placenta posterior is low , inferior tip is 1.6 cm from OS. Im advised not to bend and to avoid staircase. Any further precautions i need to take ?
Continue with daily activities but take care not to strain yourself, dont walk or stand for lobg time.. rest more and always make sure to sleep in foot end elevation..
