if you are not used to work, pregnancy is not a good time to start, on the other hand, if one was a marathon runner, she could continue till she delivered and were comfortable. Firstly, consult doctor. Secondly, do things at a pace and way in which you dont feel drained and uncomfortable...

If no complicatns in pregncy, u can do all house hold works.; But if u r not used with it, u may feel giving stress 2 the body , then better avoid it

The rule of the thumb in pregnancy is that do what makes you feel comfortable. If you feel discomfort, stop immediately. I'd suggest that include walking as an exercise and seek help from a maid as in the coming months it may get difficult

Just speak to your doc once as well as every pregnancy is different . . I did alot of squatting during my pregnancy and I was okay all throughout . . Like Rebecca and Nancy have already said, never over exert . . Do only what you're comfortable doing

Don't do any work which drains you out and if you are not use to it. Do only the usual work which you have been doing before. .
