I'm 20 weeks pregnant n having severe pain in my joints,waist,finger joints....can any one suggest !!!!anyone having this problem....???

20 weeks is the perfect time for you to introduce pre natal Yoga. Look for pawanmuktasana on YouTube. This is a series of mild exercises for all your joints. This is extremely therapeutic in nature. Also get your calcium and other mineral and vitamin levels checked.
