Avoid pineapple. Have watermelon ( can add salt if you don't have high BP), musk melon. Avoid too spicy food at night . If you are non-vegetarian then avoid at night. I had severe acidity in pregnancy... watermelon help me a lot.

aap coconut and lemon water piyo, har do ghante pe kuch khao try vegetarian diet. ...check karo kis food se aapko acidity jyada ho rahi hai usko avoid karo....balanced diet khao...ek saath jyada nahi thora thora pura din...khub pani pio...

Hi Himani, you can take cold milk and haar 2 ghante mein kuch khao, digene bhi le sakte ho.. Avoid fried & junk food, I hope it will help you :)
