I'm 30 week pregnant. Some time I feel my tummy so much tight and hard after some second its normal. is anything to worried

it's called Braxton Hicks contractions. they are small harmless contractions. they are usually painless. but if u feel them repeating in regular frequency please consult ur obgyn. it's totally normal. just move about and it will ease up.
