moreover i have restless leg syndrome... in night as soon as i fall asleep, some sensation in my legs and feet start.. i cant keep my legs at one place and i have to rush to walk at a very good speed to ease the sensation... pregnancy takes our patience test and we have to be patient no other choice.. 😃

hi dear, during pregnancy it is common to lose sleep. this is to prepare us for the nights after baby, which requires the mother to be alert. do not sleep on your back because the uterus can put pressure on an important nerve called vena cava which brings blood from lower body to heart, this can cause even dizziness. keep away from all sorts of screens - mobile, tv, tab etc. atleast an hour before bed time. read something light, nothing that thrills your mind. listen to soft music, keep stress free. think happy thoughts about baby. keep the room airy, have pleasant food at night - nothing spicy, sour or non veg. drink a glass of cool milk. hope these help... take care dear....
