Dear, i understand ur concern but U can't think of loosing weight right now as U are already pregnant.
In a normal pregnancy a
female gains about 9 to 15 kgs of weight. For overweight and obese mothers the target is to keep it at 9 kgs. But it becomes very difficult to achieve with the food cravings of pregnancy. A overweight or obese mother always tends to gain more weight than others. So be kind to urself at this time.
And try to have a healthy diet free from sugar, potatoes, and excess oil. Reduce the intake of rice. Even if u are eating rice try brown rice or else be sure to drain as much starch as possible from the rice by boiling it in a large vessel with excess water. The water drained at the end should b almost faint white to clear.
Keep a check on ur blood sugar and bp as well. U can get an oral glucose tolerance test by the advice of ur doctor.

U can also consult a good dietician near you who can prepare a feasible diet chart for you keeping ur food habits, local produce, and food culture of your area.
If possible please read the 'pregnancy notes' book by Rujuta Diwakar.
