U r not ready now pl giv ur body some time.its more of baby now than u.if u feel comfortable go for small walks coz if u exercise hard then u get tired then u cant wake up nights to feed u feel pissed off wen baby cries u get stressed stress leads to low supply bla bla just go on

If you have had a normal delivery, brisk walking is fine, back strengthening exercises are fine. If you have had a C sec, go easy and start with medium pace walk. Stop when u feel even the slightest pain near the stitches.
