Hi. Please don't massage your nipple when pregnant. It may start premature labor contractions. You can wait till delivery and allow the baby to suck. Usually the nipple comes out once baby sucks. If not then you will be suggested a nipple shield but for now lets wait for your baby to try sucking once delivered. @saumya every baby is different.

try massaging ur nipple while taking bath and pull it in the pattern as baby suck this might help

becoz i tried with nipple shield but later baby gets used to it and will not suck your nipple
