I'm 9 weeks 2 days pregnant , my gynaecologist told me to sleep on left side but I cnt able to sleep on my left side continuously, shall I sleep on my right side also while sleeping pls help me on this..
It's fine , u can sleep on both sides. But it's; good 4 baby if u sleep on left side. As it's frst trimstr u can sleep anyway, 4 second nd thrd trimestr it's better 2 sleep on sides. It's better 2 practice from now.

Yes dear... You can turn and sleep on right side as wel. But try to sleep more on left side. Initially it will be discomfort...you will get used to. Don't sleep straight for long time. Enjoy this lovely phase of pregnancy. Eat wel..drink more water and rest.
