Hey dear new mom.. First of all a big hug to you.. Being a mother, I have also faced similar situation. I used to have sleepless nights and tiring days.. it is all because of new little family member is taking some extra time to get adjusted in the new time and routines. Definetely, things will get better but meanwhile take rest as your baby sleeps, try out family's help. And I am sure gradually things will settle down soon. Take care.

don't stress at all, its quite normal. you can follow these tips that will help you sleep well and keep you away from stress and other thoughts that lead to insomnia: try doing some breathing exercises or yoga in the day, this will help you with headaches as well as your sleep. drink plenty of water and other fluids, eat healthy in the day. to boost your mood you can also eat some of your favourite foods in the day in limited quantities. before sleeping you can sip in some non caffeinated pepermint tea or read a book .also use lots of pillow to feel comfortable to support your

Hey new mom, dont be under stress for all these things. Sleep loss is a common, normal experience after the arrival of a baby. However, if you develop difficulty falling asleep or returning to sleep, you should seek help. Here are a few ways you can let go of your worry. Sleep when your baby sleeps. Try to rest when your baby sleeps. ... Get an early night. ... Share the nights if you can. ... Ask friends and relatives for extra support. ... Understand your baby's sleep patterns. ... Try to do more exercise. ... Try relaxation exercises. ... Don't let stress get on top of you.. If this still doesn't help please seek a help of a professional

First of all don't take a stress. Go for walk before sleeping hours, Read positive books instead of screen time.
