question
I'm a stay at home mom and It's feels like ppd again. My lo is 5 mths, 1 week and become very clingy. I stay in nuclear family with not much support. I really miss my good old days of partying and roaming. Most say it's a phase but don't know what lies ahead. Need some positive vibes and encouragement ladies :(

hello dear..
first of all stop thinking negatives...every mom at one stage feel lyk ths tht they have lost their independence, always looking after baby etc etc...but stop thinking lyk and start moving..its a very short tym u ll surely come out..start ur old lyf now too along wit baby..hang out wit frens along with baby..this ll help u n baby both..make some 'ME' tym, give some tym fa ur favo hobby..this is the best tym to continue ur hobbies..be calm and if possible do meditation atleast fa 10mins,everyday make a routine to visit nearby park along wit baby..and spend sometym in babychakra app-help the needed moms-truly it helps lott..share ur valuable experiences and advices..it really makes ur day..just chill dear✋..and loads of love and hugs from all moms 🤗😊 ❤

Hey dear, its alright to feel low... we all go through it... who wants to get up each day, do the same old chores, day in-day out!!! baby does get separation anxiety around this time... since you have no support system, either get the husband to look after the baby for maybe even an hour... if u are bf, express and store while you sneak away for maybe even an hour... or get ur girlfriends to come over and have a good time, baby would sleep for some time during day right? order some food.. you can do this with ur husband too! no need to be the "perfect" mom all the time... and don't beat yourself up about the things to do and things not done... Things will get better as the baby grows older... take care dear...
