I'm a super food Burrito bowl taste me


Ingredients and Preparation

1. Brown rice/White rice - as usual cook it

2. Corn - pressure cooker and allow 5 whistle

3. Avacado - scoop out the creamy part
Toppings

4. Big onion - vertically sliced

5. Capsicum/bell pepper (Green or red or yellow or combination of it) - vertically sliced

6. Cheese - Grated (Optional)

Salt as per taste, oil as needed
Beans curry

7. Kidney beans/Rajma - 100g soak before 2 hour and pressure cooker till 5 whistle

8. Onion finely chopped

9. Green chillies - 1

10. Garlic - 3 piece

11. Mustard seeds

Salt as per taste, oil as needed
Tomato sauce

12. Tomatoes - 5 medium sized chopped

13. Chilli powder - as per taste

14. Mustard seeds

Salt as per taste, oil as needed
Method of preparation
Tomato sauce

Few oil in a pan

add Mustard seeds allow to splutter

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder

Check salt and spice on it

Stir well until the raw smell goes

Sauce ready😋

Beans curry

Few oil in a pan

Add Mustard seeds allow to splutter

Add chopped garlic, chopped onions, and green chilli

Cook till slight color change

Add kidney beans/Rajma to it along with the pressure cooked water

(consistency of curry is not a matter)

Salt as per taste
Toppings

Few oil in a pan

Add sliced onions

Fry till golden brown

Add salt per taste

Transfer it to other bowl

Again add few oil

Add sliced capsicum/bell pepper

Add salt per taste

Fry till the raw smell goes
Burrito bowl

Take one serving bowl

😋 Put brown rice/White rice - 6 scoops

😋 Beans curry above it - 2 scoops

😋 Toppings Capsicum & onions top of it - 2 scoops

😋 Avacado scoop it and add top of it - 2 scoop

😋 Corn top of it - 2 scoop

😋 Cheese (optional)

😋 Tomato sauce finally - 2 spoons
Note - Add Rice, Curry beans, toppings as per need.

Try chicken as toppings too.
