I'm dignosed with gastasnal dibitic.. Very much tense.. I'm totally black about dibitic diat.. Can any one give suggestions for dibitic diat plan for pregnancy? Which covers all the nutrients baby need in 1st trimester.
Dipti it's better if you consult any proper nutrition and dietician doctor with your pregnancy files and reports. They will give you a chart to follow, Don't be tensed some get this but follow the diet properly.
