I'm gaining weight very quickly. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have 70 kgs weight.

What kind of exercise i can do so that i won't gain weight and my baby stays healthy?

Go for walking in frst trimstr. Then with doctrs permision u can do excercise

Gaining weight in pregnancy is common,so don't feel bad about it. You <u>s</u>hould avoid exercising instead can go for walking. Eat healthy ,take lot of fluids.

Were you working out before getting pregnant?; If you haven't then you can't do now. First 3 months is crucial so dont strain yourself. . Just go for walks. Have portion control, avoid junks and outside food. Strictly eat only homemade food. You can't think of loosing weight now but have control not to gain too much.
