I'm going through gas an because of tat my stomach is paining a lot please tell me something

have ajwain water.. drink lots of water n liquids.. do not take gas causing food like cauliflower or rajma, chhole etc... stay active, n keep a gap of atleast 3 hrs between dnr n sleeping... hope this helps :)
