I'm having difficulties while sleeping at night.... Getting up frequently to change sides... Most of the time waking with sleeping on my back.... What to do?

Please try avoiding sleeping on your back...gradually you will get used to it though ...tc

Hi<br> Sleeping on your back not advisable dear. Turn sides no issues, left is preferable. Have a pregnancy pillow it helps a lot
