Im having less meals everyday which i feel sufficient for myself... Is this ok for my baby or else should i consume double persons meals??

You take healthy and sufficient meal.<br>
No need to take meal for two people if not required.

Being pregnant doesn't means you need to eat for two. You need total 600 Calories extras. So eat small frequent meals. Add ghee to your <u>diet</u>

Dear you don't need to eat for two but eating less is also not good..have lots of water..fluids and electrolytes..you can also have milk and sooji rusks if you wanna skip a meal..
