I'm having period like pain in lower abdomen since morning 4.30 after every 15-20 minutes. Is this a sign of labour? I'm having doctor's appointment in today afternoon should I wait till afternoon or contact now? I don't have any other symptoms of labour. Baby movements are also fine. Pls advise.
