Ya don't worry if baby is active and achieving all the milestones... Baby is not underweight. Else talk to your doc...Hes the best person to advice.

don't take tension. if baby is active.even my baby's birthdate is 7august 2017.and his current weight is 4.75 kg.Dr have told not to worry if baby is active
