I'm now pregg after losing my baby in first trimester due to rare brain defect 1.5 yrs ago.

LMP is April 15, 2017. on my 38th cycle day I did home pregnancy test and it came out faint positive line. soon I went to a DGO. she said if there is no baby...even a faint positive line should not come. But 38th day is enough time to get dark positive line as like control line. she included, if my baby has any health issues soon I'll get my periods (almost miscarriage). If it is healthy and normal....I'll continue my pregnancy. she asked me to be ready for any.

is it normal? she asked me to come on 48th day. What to expect? it is because of late conception? worried and confused.

plsss guide me.
Note: I'm in progesterone pill for last few months. while on progesterone pill I had my periods on 32nd day. After coming off from those pills by this year March I had periods on 28th cycle day. That is on April 15. So I don't know my cycle length.
