I'm really not feeling any energy at times.... Here in Kolkata whether is too humid but I'm feeling dry from inside.... What should I do? I agree with <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @637371add28b060015d99780 </b></span> ..drink lots of fluids..don't work for too long at a stretch..u can always lie down when u feel low on energy..but don't Starve yourself..keep munching healthy biscuits,walnuts, nuts or have fruits and salads..have protein rich diet like moong sprouts, eggs whites, paneer, fish and milk daily for the baby to gain weight..don't worry about the bump.. it's size differs from woman to woman..mine is also not too big in 33 weeks but my baby's weight is fine..always ask your doctor about your baby's weight during each scan..now chill and <u>smile</u> &#128522;

Hi eliza!<br> Even i am going through the same. No energy, feeling low. May be it is summer that is causing this prob and kolkatta must be more tuff compared to mumbai(where i live). Just keep following some routines:<br> 1. For dryness Just keep sipping water evrry now and then. I keep a steel bottle all along with me.<br> 2. Drink lemon juice if you are not prone to catching cold because of coolness of lemon and hotness out.<br> 3. Keep your bp in check. Sometimes low bp is the cause of this and for that we need to tk rest snd sip sugar salt water if its low. <br> 4. Whenever you feel weak have a date or any sweet thing.<br> 5. I was not having fruits all this long but have since past week started having fruits for instant energy and water retention in body. It helps.<br> Do tkcr and rest well. I hsve been on bed since the mrng after cooking.<br> Relax. Somedays are just like this for us. And about bump. Neither m i having a big one at 29weeks. <u>Chill</u>
