Use rash cream only wen it's required. Try once Mamaearth rash cream.  its good.

Give diaper free moments as wel. Any oil... coconut oil or olive oil if applied there...it not just hydrates...it even keep the area clean. It's easy to clean when baby poops and urine won't stick rather will slip from skin. I agree with Prithvi and charu. If rashes won't reduce. Try other brands. As it's summer.. better to leave free during day time.

Use rash cream only when baby has rashes. Other times use coconut oil or Vaseline petroleum jelly everytime you change your baby's diaper. Wipe the area with wet wipe or cloth before applying that. Avoid using powder!
