I'm very sorry to say that babychakra is not same as before. When I was new to babychakra in every questions I use to get many replies from the experts and also from some mom's. I was very satisfied with all replies but now it's very sad that you get single reply and if you revert to the replies non will revert you back. I think they are just doing their allotted job to answer quries within 30min.. I'm very dishearted to post it ...
Hi Priyanka, it might have happened so, that after you revert to the reply, we don't come to know that another comment has been posted to the question as we don't get any notification for it. You can try tagging the momstar answering your query so that we know. Moreover, no one gets anything for replying to the queries, the moms just share their own experiences on the app here. Most of the times, the question might even get missed out in the pile of questions, if there are too many. Best if you tag someone.
