I will advise you to post your previous ultrasound report here it would have been in latest accordance with the gestation age pulling sensation with pain must be consulted with your gynecologist we will need an ultrasound scan to understand the the cord compression or if the amniotic fluid is reducing this kind of pulling with pain can be felt I will advise you to get Doppler scan then as well in the same sitting
