Aap baby ko apne sath baithakar khana khilaye jo aap sab family members khate hai vo.<br>
aap baby ki diet me ghee,butter,potato,rice,curd,milk,egg,dry fruits powder,paneer ye add kariye.<br>
Uske khane me green vegetables or daal bhi add kariye.<br>
Aap use daal roti,sabji roti,paratha,Chula,idli,daliya sab kuch de sakte hai aap<br>
Use har 2-3hour me kuch na kuch khilate rakhiye <br>
Dakh or anjeer se use bhukh lagegi.
